Active means we believe the sale is still open or upcoming on the municipal notice we have. Confirm with the municipality. Last-minute cancellations happen. Sold: the file says the sale completed. Inactive: completed, cancelled, or otherwise not open. The archive stays searchable for research. Withdrawn: the municipality pulled the sale.
“100 Total Properties” on some search views is a guest sample, not the size of the file. The counters (active, sold, inactive) are the file. Guest search is also capped at 20 searches per day.
