Alberta’s active file rose from 621 to 651 listings since last Monday and Ontario’s from 76 to 82, while New Brunswick fell from 133 to 119 and its October 16 sale dates have now passed. New Brunswick still leads the next two weeks: five municipalities including Edmundston sell on October 19, eighteen more including Bathurst, Campbellton, Miramichi, Caraquet, and Shippagan follow on October 20, and a second wave of twenty-three, including Saint John, Moncton, and Dieppe, runs on October 29 and 30. Alberta dates are spread across the whole window, including City of Edmonton and City of St. Albert on October 29, and Montreal closes the window on November 2 — so anyone watching a single province will miss most of this fortnight’s calendar.
