The October 19 and 20 New Brunswick sale dates have passed, and New Brunswick’s active file fell from 119 to 49 listings since last Monday. Alberta eased from 651 to 641 and Ontario from 82 to 71, while Nova Scotia rose from 47 to 50. The next two weeks are concentrated on October 29 and 30, when twenty-three New Brunswick municipalities, including Saint John, Moncton, Dieppe, and Riverview, sell alongside City of Edmonton and City of St. Albert in Alberta and Oro-Medonte, Tiny, and Red Lake in Ontario. Five Ontario municipalities, including Clarington and Fort Erie, follow on November 4, and six Alberta municipalities, including Leduc County and Woodlands County, close the window on November 9.

Twelve municipalities with dates from November 4 through November 9, 2026 enter this page’s window for the first time. One sale date changed: the calendar now shows Town of Rocky Mountain House on November 9, 2026 only; last week it also showed October 26, 2026. Further out, the calendar added twenty-nine municipalities with dates from November 17 through December 11, 2026, including City of Winnipeg on December 4, 2026, the first Manitoba date on the calendar; they will appear here as they enter the 14-day window.
